Job summary

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of DoD program management, contract management, or financial management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus.
• PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III certification plus nine years related experience.
• Eleven years of directly related experience in lieu of degree or certification.
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels.
• Intermediate MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track program baseline and lifecycle execution across cost, schedule, performance, and supportability.
• Assist in requirements management and validate program-level requirements over multiple fiscal years.
• Support documentation: PMP, PAS, OCS, TEMP, Risk Management Plans, SOWs, TTOs, etc.
• Prepare and support governance reviews (PMR, QPR, ARB).
• Provide strategic cross-program analysis and portfolio actions.
• Support PPB&E processes and provide justification statements and figures.
• Perform data analysis to present metrics and evaluate alternatives.
