Job summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT partner, is seeking a Program Integrator Level 2 in Maryland to support DoD program management efforts. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Poly and a strong background in contract and financial management.

You will help establish baselines, monitor program health, and perform analyses to minimize cost and risk while ensuring timely and budgeted delivery. DCCA offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Eight years of DoD program management experience with a bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance required.
• PMP/CPCM/DAWIA Level II certifications preferred, or 11 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist PEO leadership and program managers to establish and maintain acquisition baselines.
• Monitor and report overall health of programs, initiatives, or portfolios.
• Perform holistic analyses to minimize cost and implementation risk.
• Ensure initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on time.
