Job summary

Lentech, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator to assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in maintaining acquisition baselines and reporting overall program health. You will perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and risks, ensuring budget alignment and timely delivery.

The role requires TS.SCI with FSP through MD and a CI poly within the last five years, plus a Bachelor’s degree (business or technical). PMP/CPCM/DAWIA Level III substitutions are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI with FSP through MD.
• CI poly within the last 5 years.
• 15 years combined DoD program/contract/financial management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency with pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines and reporting program health.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered timely.
