Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC seeks a Program Integrator 4 to support DoD program management efforts in Maryland. The role focuses on monitoring program health, establishing baselines, and reporting on initiatives across a portfolio.

Experience with budgeting and risk assessment is essential. Required are 15 years of related experience with a business/technical degree or equivalent PMP/CPCM/DAWIA credentials, plus an active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.

Qualifications

• 15 years of combined DoD program/contract/financial management experience with a business or technical degree.
• In lieu of a degree, PMI PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level III plus 3 years of related experience may substitute.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of related experience may substitute.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills are preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph; a CI polygraph within the last 5 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining program baselines by monitoring and reporting on program health.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered timely.
