Job summary

BCT LLC seeks a Program Integrator 3 to support program managers and leadership in monitoring and reporting on programs across multiple contracts. The role involves cross‑program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns, and drafting essential program documents and reports.

Ideal candidates have extensive DoD/IC program management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certifications), proficient Excel use, and the ability to prepare execution reports and

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency including pivot tables, slicers, charts.
• Strong skills in analysis and financial processes are required.
• Experience with program management or DoD/IC environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers, initiative leads, and leadership in monitoring program health.
• Perform cross-program analysis to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (SOWs, PMPs, risk plans) and schedules.
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings and portfolio status.
