Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Senior Product Management Support (Team Lead) to support Warfighter Protection and Acute Care (WPAC) for a government customer at Fort Detrick, MD. You will lead medical product development activities under DoD acquisition policies and coordinate with IPTs, vendors, and DoD stakeholders.

The role requires DoD regulatory proficiency, strong program management skills, and the ability to produce briefings and information papers for decision reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations and DoD acquisition policies.
• Ability to integrate DoD processes with FDA/EPA regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day medical product development activities per DoD/DHA policies.
• Participate in IPTs, Working Groups, and Product Manager meetings.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and information packages for reviews.
• Coordinate site visits and developmental testing activities.
• Maintain program documentation and records (IMS/Gantt, risk logs, etc.).
• Develop and maintain programmatic documentation and briefings for decision reviews.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and coordinate acquisition strategy.
