Sigma Defense seeks an Operations Analyst for our Ft. Meade, MD team to drive program execution and stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes implementing government-directed initiatives and maintaining program infrastructure, with close collaboration across government leads and vendor teams. Candidates should have 8–10 years in DoW communications, strong leadership, and budgeting/forecasting experience, plus US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance (not sponsored).

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in DoW communications.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance or higher; clearance not sponsored.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Government Lead with government initiatives and program infrastructure.
• Resolve issues among team members and elevate strategic concerns to senior management.
• Coordinate with communication and management teams to raise program awareness.
• Facilitate reporting, updates, and status of all program activities.
• Coordinate between Government Lead and vendor team for oversight of program execution.
