Qualifications

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, systems integration, network engineering, and Tier III support experience.
• Active certifications including Security+ (or IAT Level II), Cisco CCNA or higher, and Microsoft certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced installation, integration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and oversee network and system upgrades while coordinating with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are met.
• Provide Tier III support for networking, storage, and enterprise IT systems, including complex issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Manage and troubleshoot IP networking services including DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Support the integration, sustainment, and recovery of enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to ensure continuous mission operations.
