Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is supporting NSWCDD DNA with enterprise management and technical support for the NGEN and NNE strategy. The Network Administrator/Engineer will deliver Tier I–III daily support for the NGEN enclave and ensure DOD standards and security are deployed.

The role requires strong documentation, experience with STIGs, and the ability to manage complex network operations, including wiring, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Network Administrator experience in a DoD environment.
• Shift adjustments or after-hours support may be required to support outages or contractual requirements.
• DoD Top Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records and reports concerning network operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoots network performance issues.
• Provide cradle-to-grave STIG support for all network and security devices.
• Analyze network traffic and provide capacity-planning solutions.
• Monitor and respond to complex networking hardware and software problems.
• Interface with vendor support groups to ensure escalation during outages.
• Design, install, and support network communications including LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Perform a variety of engineering tasks involving systems design, integration, and implementation.
