Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• DoDM 8140.03 IAT II certification compliance.
• Designing and managing enterprise-level network systems.
• Cyber range or test bed environment operations.
• Network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs.
• Distributed network environments and policy development.
• Wireless infrastructure (802.11x, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• DoD network systems (e.g., Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR)).

Responsibilities

• Lead network planning, development, implementation, and troubleshooting efforts
• Serve as a subject matter expert for network policy, architecture, and planning
• Develop and recommend network engineering solutions based on capability analysis
• Support strategic roadmap development and future technology planning
• Align network initiatives with program goals and mission requirements
