Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and deploy DoD‑focused network architectures, improve security, reliability, and availability across enterprise infrastructure, and to guide modernization efforts with multi‑vendor equipment and software.

You will apply deep experience in routing, switching, ZTNA, SDN/SD‑WAN, and firewalling, collaborate with senior leadership, and hold a Secret clearance and HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• DoD hybrid network design, deployment and support experience.
• Experience with SDN/SD-WAN and network virtualization.
• Ability to document complex architectures and security procedures, incl. ZTNA.
• Experience with routing/switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, STP).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support DoD network and security architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex networks to improve security, reliability and performance.
• Guide DoD modernization efforts and multi-vendor networking deployments.
