Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks a Network Architect to design, deploy, and support DoD-grade networks and security architectures across complex, hybrid environments.

You will lead enterprise-wide infrastructure design, troubleshoot complex issues, advance Zero Trust, SDN/SD-WAN, BGP, and engage senior leadership on modernization efforts, with a Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, deploying and supporting network/security architectures in DoD hybrid environments with Zero Trust
• Experience documenting complex network architectures, including ZTNA and BGP behavior
• Experience with security, routing, and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, VPLS, STP, L3VPNs)
• Ability to engage and collaborate with senior leadership
• Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support network and security architectures within DoD hybrid environments
• Develop enterprise-wide infrastructure design and modernization plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and security concerns
• Analyze current infrastructures and document architectures, procedures, and workflows
• Guide teams to deploy new capabilities and technologies with DoD modernization goals
