Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a senior Logistics SME to drive enterprise integration, digital modernization, and secure architectures across DoD mission environments. You will lead cross-functional groups spanning systems engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and open architectures to deliver interoperable, scalable, and mission-focused solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in DoD logistics, active TS/SCI eligibility, and experience with RMF and cyber risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of DoD logistics support and intelligence experience.
• Experience with DoD, Air Force, or other Federal Government programs and acquisition environments.
• Experience developing and integrating complex hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Experience with RMF, cybersecurity compliance, security control implementation, vulnerability management, and authorization activities supporting ATO/ATC.
• Experience with open architectures, interoperability standards, and cross-program integration initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with experience briefing senior Government and organizational leadership.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistical assessment of design, and prototyping of integration solutions across mission systems and digital infrastructure.
• Develop logistical system to track architectures, roadmaps, interface standards, and integration strategies.
• Plan and execute demonstrations, pilots, and prototype efforts to validate capabilities and reduce risk.
• Develop and implement logistical standards and governance to enable interoperability across programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Government leadership and program offices on technical strategy and integration challenges.
• Perform system-level logistical analysis of hardware, software, networks, data architectures, and workflows.
• Deliver technical assessments and executive-level briefings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, acquisition, and operations teams to achieve mission objectives.
