Job summary

Concept Plus is a mission-focused technology solutions provider supporting federal agencies. We seek an experienced Program Manager to own governance, IMS, and performance across DoD IT contracts, overseeing 80+ staff and multi-year options.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, maintain PM plans, and ensure 24/7 operations and compliance. You should have 10+ years in IT program management, PMP, and DoD experience, with cloud and ERP expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
PMI PMP cert is required for the role.
At least 10 years of progressive IT program management experience.
Experience leading large DoD IT programs as a prime contractor.
Knowledge of cloud hosting and ERP platforms; DevSecOps in government.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of accountability for program governance and performance.
Interface with key stakeholders and maintain the PMP & IMS.
Manage a workforce of 80+ FTEs and ensure 30-day onboarding for cleared staff.
Oversee contract deliverables, risk, and 24/7/365 operations with follow-the-sun coverage.
Align with government agile strategy and DESMF service management.
Monitor financials, compliance (RMF/ATO), and EVMS-based performance.
