Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC seeks an Information Systems Security Officer III in Bedford, MA to manage security posture for DoD-related information systems. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience in information security
• Prior performance in roles such as System, Network Administrator or ISSO

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in meeting duties and responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages
• Ensure approved procedures for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware/media
• Notify ISSM of changes that might affect authorization determinations
• Conduct periodic reviews of information systems for security authorization compliance
• Coordinate changes to hardware/software/firmware with ISSM and AO/DAO before changes
• Monitor system recovery to ensure security features are restored
• Ensure security documentation is current and accessible to authorized personnel
• Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented
• Attend required technical and security training relevant to duties
• Execute cyber security portion of self-inspection and review system assessments
• Identify cyber security vulnerabilities and assist with countermeasures
• Prepare reports on status of security safeguards
• Perform ISSO duties for in-house and external customers
• Conduct continuous monitoring for authorization boundaries
• Assist DoD, National Agency and Contractor organizations with RMF efforts
• Additional duties as assigned
