Job summary

General Dynamics - IT seeks an experienced Information System Security Officer/Manager to support DoD programs. The role focuses on day-to-day security for SCI/SAP activities, RMF and JSIG authorization processes, and advising government customers on risk management and testing methodologies.

The position requires TS/SCI eligibility, CSP training, and strong policy development experience. You will coordinate with PSO and ensure proper security controls across authorization boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in a related area with 2 years’ experience (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of related information security experience.
• DoD 8570.01-M requirements met within 6 months of hire (IAT IAM levels).

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and evaluation of information security program policy and RMF/JSIG alignment.
• Advise government PMs on RMF assessments and authorization issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IS security documentation and training plans.
