Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer III to maintain the security posture of information systems and support DoD RMF efforts. The role collaborates with the ISSM and ISO, handling authorization documentation, configuration management, and day-to-day security operations for SAPs, SCI, and related programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience in security/IT roles.
• Prior performance as System, Network Administrator or ISSO.
• Education options include a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Ensure procedures for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware/media are in place.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization determinations.
• Conduct periodic reviews for compliance with security authorization packages.
• Coordinate hardware/software changes with ISSM and AO/DAO.
• Monitor recovery processes and ensure security features are restored.
• Keep security documentation current and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Ensure audit records are collected and reviewed.
