Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity governance and RMF activities for DoD programs. You will oversee system authorization, continuous monitoring, and risk-based decision making, coordinating with ISSOs, system owners, engineers, assessors, and government stakeholders.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance with potential for Top Secret, a Bachelor's degree, and an ISSM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and DoD 8140 Work Role 722 ISSM certification or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret; TS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance and RMF activities for systems and networks.
• Oversee RMF implementation, system authorization activities, and continuous monitoring.
• Develop and review authorization packages and supporting documentation (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms).
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation, compensating controls, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, system owners, engineers, assessors, and Government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and DISA STIG guidance.
