Job summary

Silotech Group, Inc. is a San Antonio-based provider of cybersecurity and DoD solutions seeking a Senior Program Manager for Air Force Research Laboratory portfolios.

You will lead program execution, maintain the IMS, and drive acquisition documentation with close coordination to ensure timely milestones. The role requires strong DoD program management experience, PMP and DAWIA credentials, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD cost and schedule management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Five years of SAP experience.
• DAWIA Advanced/Level III Program Management certification to be obtained within 24 months of appointment.
• U.S. citizenship required; no foreign nationals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the DD Form 254 clearance; complete OPSEC training within 30 days.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat; able to troubleshoot basic issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of technical projects within the approved APB in accordance with DoD 5000-series directives and PMBOK; ensure no individual supports more than five programs.
• Own the resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project, integrated with the WBS; direct monthly updates and integrate program status across the portfolio.
• Assess program health metrics (cost and schedule variance) and serve as the primary briefer during PMRs and milestone decision briefings.
• Direct execution of the risk-management plan per the DoD RIO Guide; ensure mitigation strategies for High/Moderate risks within five business days.
• Develop and quality-assure critical acquisition documentation, including APBs, milestone briefings, RFP inputs, source-selection criteria, and ESIS analyses; deliver by suspense with no more than two returns for rework.
• Direct population and maintenance of SysML models in the MBSE environment (SysML/Cameo); ensure currency within five business days of a Technical Review or change notice.
• Provide senior program communications and task management; mentor Journeyman program managers and maintain 100% on-time tasker response.
