Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee DoD/ISR programs, including sensor integration, modeling and simulation, prototyping, and drone dominance solutions. You will serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders and internal leadership, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

The role requires a dynamic leader with deep ISR/sensor systems knowledge, strong business acumen, and a proven track record delivering mission-critical

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience
• 7+ years managing DoD contracts, ISR, or sensor systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive briefings
• Interim secret clearance with ability to obtain secret clearance (SAIC sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for DoD contracts focused on ISR, sensor systems, modeling and simulation, prototyping, and drone dominance capabilities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks with corrective actions as needed
• Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across program execution
• Oversee full lifecycle from requirements through design, development, test, fielding, and sustainment
• Coordinate with government program offices, system integrators, and end users to meet operational specs
• Conduct regular program reviews, TIMs, and status briefings with customers and leadership
• Build and mentor a cross-functional program team and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics
• Identify and pursue organic growth within existing ISR, sensor, ECP, MS&A, prototyping, and drone programs
