Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Senior Master Planner to lead the development of a comprehensive 25-year installation Master Plan for a U.S.

Government requirement in the United States Virgin Islands. The Senior Master Planner will provide technical leadership for master planning activities, including installation assessments, stakeholder engagement, future development planning, facility requirements, and a Capital Investment Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
• Experience with DoD, Army, or National Guard installation master planning.
• Experience applying UFC 2-100-01 to master planning.
• Experience developing area development plans and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a 25-year installation Master Plan per UFC 2-100-01.
• Coordinate stakeholder planning sessions with Government representatives.
• Develop planning recommendations and prepare final Master Plan deliverables.
• Lead site visits and planning-level assessments of facilities and conditions.
• Develop a Capital Investment Plan and identify priorities and costs.
• Coordinate with GIS, environmental, and other project personnel.
