HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Military Planner to direct medium to large DoD planning and asset management projects globally. The role requires directing teams, preparing compliance documents, and facilitating stakeholder coordination across locations.

A US Passport and willingness to travel overseas are essential. Ideal candidates will lead planning studies, develop capital investment strategies, and prepare DD Form 1391s while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of environmental consulting experience with marketing, land development project management, staff management and client satisfaction.
• Leadership and teamwork skills; ability to travel.
• Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD planning and environmental compliance documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary team to complete DoD planning studies and related documentation.
• Conduct facility and infrastructure requirements analyses and capacity assessments.
• Develop project execution plans and storyboard processes.
• Facilitate Installation Visioning, Planning, and Programming Charrettes.
• Coordinate information exchange between stakeholders using CAD/GIS/SketchUp and written materials.
• Develop Installation, Area, and Component plans.
• Prepare economic analyses and DD Forms 1391.
