Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban, regional, or community planning or related fields.
• Prefer 4+ years of relevant work experience, especially with DoD or federal projects.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally and pass a DoD CAC background check.

Responsibilities

• Independently collect and analyze existing conditions data and develop facility requirements.
• Prepare planning workshop tasks, stakeholder briefs, and site‑specific reports.
• Lead or support workshop facilitation and develop installation master plan components.
