Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as product support or field engineering
• 5+ years supporting, administering, or troubleshooting Java applications
• 5+ years using Linux command line, Bash scripting, SQL, and logs
• 5+ years deploying web application environments (Jetty/Apache/IIS) and related networking
• 5+ years handling software releases, patches, and customer delivery artifacts
• 5+ years QA/testing, validation, or customer acceptance support
• Active DoD Secret clearance or eligibility; DoD 8140/DCWF qualifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and troubleshoot escalations through triage and investigation
• Assist with advanced product support where embedded coverage is unavailable
• Review logs, behavior, and config details to diagnose issues
• Document severity, impact, workarounds, and findings for escalation
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and teams
• Prepare and validate customer releases, patches, and advisories
• Consolidate release artifacts and support installation, upgrade, patching, and validation
• Support post-delivery issues and field coordination
• Create and update product documentation and training materials
• Coordinate with development and field teams; maintain status in workflow
• Provide on-site support and travel as needed
