Job summary

Brandes Associates Inc. (BAI) seeks a Product Support Engineer with 5+ years to join the Agile Empowerment Technologies (AET) support team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

This on-site role focuses on customer Tier III support, field issue investigation, and documentation. The PSE serves as the day-to-day customer interface, coordinating with development and in-service engineering to manage releases, perform installations, troubleshoot complex issues, and sustain operations in the customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing system integration/engineering role.
• Strong Java application troubleshooting and Linux (Bash) proficiency.
• Active US TS/SCI clearance with CIP or FSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and monitor Linux/Windows VMs with Java apps.
• Collaborate with devs to fix issues and test releases.
• Evaluate new releases for production readiness.
• Maintain configuration management and disaster recovery processes.
• Provide on-site Tier III support and weekly status reports.
