Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with direct hands-on Linux/Java experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CIP or FSP preferred; US citizenship required.
• 5+ years in customer-facing system engineering, integration, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Support deployed AET software in customer environments onsite as Tier III liaison.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor Linux/Windows VMs and Java apps.
• Coordinate releases with development and in-service teams; document issues and workarounds.
• Create SOPs and provide weekly status reports on progress and risks.
