Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Specialist L3 to join our team supporting the United States Space Force. The role focuses on administering and coordinating military and federal civilian personnel actions, onboarding, and workforce management in a highly secure, on-site environment.

The successful candidate will bring TS/SCI clearance, extensive DoD/DoW experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% to support personnel programs at multiple

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of DoD/DoW experience in military and federal civilian personnel management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
• Experience managing personnel actions and programs at unit and HQ levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support to Government Personnel Director and Senior Personnel Officer.
• Coordinate hiring, assignment, promotion, and personnel action packages.
• Oversee onboarding, in-processing, out-processing, and personnel transition activities for military, federal civilians, and contractors.
• Support workforce management for Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, and federal civilian staff.
• Prepare and track personnel documentation and staffing packages.
