Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist L3 to support USSF System Delta 81. The role involves planning, coordination, and administration of military, federal civilian, and contractor personnel management, ensuring compliance with DoD/DoW and USSF directives.

The ideal candidate brings extensive DoD experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex personnel actions onsite.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 15+ years of DoD/DoW personnel management experience.
• Experience managing military, federal civilian, and contractor personnel actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Government Personnel Director and Senior Personnel Officer.
• Coordinate hiring, assignments, promotions, and personnel actions packages.
• Manage onboarding, in-processing, out-processing, and personnel transitions for military and civilian personnel.
