Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Specialist L3 to support the US Space Force. You will manage military and federal civilian personnel actions, onboarding, and workforce administration for System Delta 81.

Ideal candidates have extensive DoD/DoW personnel experience, with a focus on assignments, promotions, and staffing actions, and can work on-site in a government environment. Requires TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of DoD/DoW personnel management experience.
• Experience managing military and federal civilian personnel actions including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and out-processing.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
• Strong understanding of DoD/DoW, DAF, and USSF personnel policies and procedures.
• Experience coordinating personnel actions with military and civilian offices and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to Government Personnel Director and Senior Personnel Officer.
• Assist in development and processing of hiring, assignment, promotion, and personnel action packages.
• Coordinate onboarding, in-processing, and out-processing for military, federal civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Support workforce management activities for Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard personnel.
• Prepare and track personnel documentation and staffing packages.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
