Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a highly qualified Human Resources Specialist L3 to join our team supporting the USSF. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and administration of military, federal civilian, and contractor personnel management activities within System Delta 81, ensuring compliance with DoD/DoW and USSF directives.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD/DoW personnel management experience, including onboarding, assignments, promotions, out-processing, and workforce

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of DoD/DoW personnel management experience.
• Experience with military and federal civilian assignments, onboarding, promotions, and personnel actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Government Personnel Director and Senior Personnel Officer.
• Develop, review, coordinate, and maintain hiring, assignment, promotion, and personnel action packages.
• Coordinate onboarding, in-processing, out-processing, and personnel transition activities for military, federal civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Support personnel management for Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, and federal civilian workforce.
• Assist with assignments, reassignment actions, transfers, and workforce management requirements.
• Prepare, track, and maintain personnel documentation and staffing packages.
