Credence seeks a senior Test Manager for the B-52 Div (WBD) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on leading T&E programs, including planning, execution, and reporting, across development and operation tests for USAF systems. You will coordinate with Govt leads, manage risks, and ensure test readiness.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in T&E, DoD experience, and knowledge of OFP development, weapons integration, and TEMPs, with a Top Secret clearance.

Formación

• Active Top Secret clearance required or higher.
• Ten years in Test & Evaluation (T&E) with program management and test engineering focus.
• Experience with OFP development and testing processes and weapons integration.

Responsabilidades

• Apply T&E knowledge to support USAF system acquisition and sustainment.
• Lead/perform Developmental and Operational Testing activities from requirements through sustainment.
• Develop TEMPs, test plans, and program documentation for approval and records.
• Coordinate with flight test programs and test agencies to develop IMS.
• Provide professional T&E support to stakeholders with clear technical communication.

Master's or Doctorate in related field

Bachelor's in related field with 12+ yrs DoD exp

15 yrs related exp with DoD certifications
