Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Financial Associate to support financial management activities, including planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for DoD programs.

The role involves preparing budgets, performing analyses, and delivering compliant financial documentation to program managers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive DoD experience, with strong budgeting, EVM, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field is required.
• MA/MS and 10 years DoD experience OR BA/BS and 12 years exp with 5 in DoD.
• 8+ years of related financial management experience is expected.
• DAWIA/CBFM or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience with DoD policy and budgeting procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist, prepare, develop, and deliver compliant financial documents for PPBE, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze spending, forecast budgets, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare program budgets, reports, and financial documentation; draw conclusions.
• Perform variance analyses, schedule analysis, and EVM reviews as needed.
• Maintain audit trails and support FIAR compliant audits and internal controls.
• Support development of funds management documentation and automated models.
