Job summary

Quantech is seeking an Exec Financial Mgmt Associate to provide comprehensive financial management services for the client across PPBE processes, budget execution and program reviews. The role requires deep government budgeting experience and a current Secret clearance, with travel up to 50%.

The position is a full-time, on-site assignment with a Bachelor's degree mandated and a Master’s preferred. Proficiency with CCaR, MS Excel and related DoD financial systems is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in financial management and budget analysis.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management services for PPBE processes and budget execution.
• Analyze, develop, advise and present recommendations on PPBE phases.
• Support development of Program Objective Memorandum and budget reviews.
• Maintain documentation and justification for assessment findings and actions.
