Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a senior financial management professional with DoW experience to support PPBE processes and DoW budgeting. The role focuses on budget execution, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance across funding documents.

You will interact with the TRMC CFO, DoW partners, and program staff, delivering clear financial updates and actionable insights. A Secret clearance is required, with a strong emphasis on independent work and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of DoW financial management experience.
• Secret clearance required; ability to brief the CFO and DoW partners.
• Proficiency in DoW Financial Management Regulations (FMR), fiscal law, and budget execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day financial management support for DoW PPBE processes.
• Deliver financial status updates and execution reviews to the TRMC CFO.
• Prepare and track IAAs, MIPRs, MORDs, and PRs to commit current-cycle funding.
• Ensure compliance with DoW policies and acquisition regulations for budget execution.
• Resolve transaction discrepancies and implement corrective actions in funding documents.
• Advise program analysts on budget execution processes and funding regulations.
