Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD financial management experience.
• Familiarity with PPBE process and POM/PB milestones.
• Experience with RDTE funds and fund life cycle.
• Experience with DAI OBIEE and ADVANA for taskers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and collect budget data for PPBE.
• Serve as internal staff coordinator for annual financial deliverables.
• Monitor current year financial execution of P&E programs using OBIEE.
• Prepare and review annual budget documentation (R-2) for POM/PB cycles.
