Qualifications

• 10+ years of directly relevant experience in DoD financial management.
• Keen understanding of federal government budget/accounting systems, processes, procedures, and regulations; Federal financial database familiarity.
• Strong analytic, administrative, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Strong financial management and planning skills.
• Ability to initiate, facilitate, and maintain sensitive relationships.
• Ability to produce data products and briefings for senior level leaders.
• Must be a team player skilled with resolving conflicts.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track all programmatic documentation and budgets for the investment program, including all program, project and subproject transactions.
• Develop, implement and maintain tools for tracking performance to enable financial or programmatic decisions based on data.
• Regularly produce programmatic and financial performance assessments from input from the field.
• Establish and maintain contact with programmatic and financial leads, the TRMC CFO and MIPR analysts to track all financial transactions and data.
• Archive programmatic information using best practices, including financial data.
