Job summary

CNE-CMI JV LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Air Force facility maintenance contract at Offutt AFB. You will oversee staffing, safety, and customer relationships with the 55th Civil Engineer Squadron and COR, ensuring contract performance across 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities include developing staffing/quality plans, coordinating with government stakeholders, and managing plans and subcontractor relations to meet performance metrics and CPARS goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facility operations and maintenance management.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience leading multi-trade maintenance teams.
• PMP or CAPM credential.
• Experience managing government facility services contracts (DoD preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and submit Staffing Plan, Quality Control Plan, and initial contract deliverables within required timelines.
• Lead and staff a 24/7/365 operation across all shifts.
• Host biweekly coordination meetings with COR and Government leadership.
• Oversee Maintenance Master Plan, 10-Year Lifecycle Replacement Plan, and Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Manage subcontractor and OEM maintenance relationships for proprietary systems.
• Oversee pricing, scope, and scheduling of Work Task proposals above threshold.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Respond to Corrective Action Reports and CPARS, drive performance.
• Lead contract transition-in and transition-out activities as needed.
