Job summary

The Building People, LLC seeks a Senior Facility Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and improvements across a large multi-building campus supporting the AFRL Aerospace Systems Directorate. You will coordinate with government leadership and Facility Managers to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in DoD facilities management, 10+ years managing facilities on multi-building campuses, and strong cost-analysis and procurement skills; a CAC and favorable background

Qualifications

• 15+ years of DoD facilities management experience.
• 10+ years managing maintenance, repair and improvement of a multi-building campus.
• Strong cost analysis and PO initiation/authorization; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvements across a multi-building campus.
• Coordinate with government leadership and Facility Managers on workload.
• Schedule materials procurement and subcontractor services.
• Serve as customer liaison with tenants and Civil Engineering.
