Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor/DoD Engineering & Test to support complex DoD programs, customer engagements, capture efforts, and proposal development. The role focuses on technically complex engineering, RDT&E, T&E, systems integration, and lifecycle support for DoD customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background and can rapidly adapt to unfamiliar technical challenges, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and government leadership to translate mission

Qualifications

Significant professional experience supporting complex DoD or Federal programs.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical SME supporting complex DoD contracts and customer missions.
Provide technical expertise to programs involving T&E, RDT&E, engineering, systems integration, logistics, sustainment, configuration management, and mission support.
Support Program Managers and project teams in evaluating complex technical requirements, risks, challenges, and potential solutions.
Participate in customer meetings, technical interchange meetings, design reviews, test planning activities, and other technical engagements.
Engage with Government engineers, scientists, test personnel, operators, acquisition professionals, and technical leadership.
