Job summary

Hui Huliau Technology Services, LLC, a nonprofit-focused contractor supporting MHS GENESIS and DoD EHR efforts, seeks a Project Manager. You will oversee PMO operations across the National Capital Region, Europe, and Central Network, coordinating across internal teams and DHA, and guiding project milestones and documentation.

The role requires US citizenship and DoD public trust clearance, with 5+ years of federal DoD project experience, and strong MS Office skills to produce briefs and reports

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or DoD Public Trust clearance (through the company)
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR be able to illustrate relevant IT/PM knowledge
• Experience leading a team of at least 10 individuals
• 5+ years' experience managing and supporting projects in the federal government and DoD is preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external agencies.
• Oversee and manage project milestones and tasks across multiple teams and DHA.
• Develop and support briefs, contract deliverables, meeting docs, reports, and program docs.
• Maintain collaboration sites (SharePoint, MS Teams) and track action items.
