Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree with 12 years of experience and 5 years of DoD experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 15 years and 5 years of DoD experience; or Certifications with 20 years and 8 years of DoD experience.
• Experience completing acquisition program management tasks supporting LCM within Defense Acquisition System processes (UCA, MTA, MCA, SW Acquisition, or Acquisition of Services).
• Experience developing pre- and post-award documentation, milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create/support program documentation and activities (Early Strategy and Issues Sessions, Acquisition Strategy Panels, IMPs/IMSs, APB, Clinger-Cohen Act compliance, cybersecurity strategy, PPPs, LCMP, risk plans, milestone briefings, GFE management, cost research and analysis, PWS/CCRL development, SCG development).
• Provide specialized acquisition and program management services to assist Government with planning, execution, and program support.
• Develop, review, coordinate, and follow-up on cost estimates, changes in scope, and purchase requests; coordinate with external agency points of contact.
• Support PMRs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, CCBs, SSGs, production status meetings, design reviews, TIMs, provisioning and supply conferences, technical data conferences, Test Plan Working Groups and related program meetings.
• Create, draft, update agendas, briefing materials, and minutes to support meetings.
• Draft/update and support documentation including studies and analyses of provisioning lists, ACAT/SCAT documentation, PPPs, LCMP, and risk management plans.
• Utilize CCaRS system to initiate documentation and generate reports to define and coordinate execution and reconcile data.
