Job summary

DSA Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Cybersecurity Specialist to implement RMF controls and support secure ops across ACWS apps, infra, and cloud services.

The role conducts STIG reviews, vulnerability assessments, and audits, maintains RMF, ATO, and POA&M evidence, and supports DevSecOps pipelines with strong access controls and incident response.

A DoD 8140-certified credential and an active DoD Secret clearance are required; federal security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 5+ years supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, RMF, vulnerability management, or secure operations.
• DoD 8140-compliant certification (CISSP, CASP+, CySA+ or equivalent) is required.
• Knowledge of NIST controls, STIGs, POA&M, access control, incident response, risk assessment, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement and validate RMF security controls across ACWS apps, infra, cloud services, and integrations.
• Conduct STIG reviews, vulnerability assessments, security scans, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain RMF, ATO, POA&M, continuous monitoring, and audit evidence.
• Support secure DevSecOps pipelines, access controls, incident response, and security operations.
• Coordinate assessments, audits, and compliance activities to strengthen ACWS security posture.
