Job summary

Leidos in Colorado Springs seeks a proven cybersecurity services leader to serve as the proposed Program Manager for the Missile Defense Agency cybersecurity services contract. You will lead capture efforts and, upon award, assume overall responsibility for contract execution, interfacing with government leadership and directing a large, dispersed team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise cybersecurity services programs.
Proven experience leading DoD or Federal cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as Contract Program Manager during capture and after award.
Interface with Government on programmatic, contractual, operational, and technical matters.
Lead a geographically dispersed team delivering enterprise cybersecurity services.
Direct execution of CSSP operations, DCO, incident response, vulnerability management, cyber analytics, digital forensics, threat hunting, RMF support, and related services.
Manage program financial performance, staffing, subcontractors, schedule, quality, risk, and contract compliance.
Provide executive-level reviews, metrics, and strategic recommendations.
