Job summary

Leidos is seeking a proven cybersecurity services leader to serve as the proposed Program Manager for the Missile Defense Agency contract. The selected candidate will lead the capture effort and, if awarded, assume overall program execution, interfacing with MDA leadership and directing technical, operational, financial, and workforce aspects of a large, dispersed program.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years leading complex DoD or Federal programs with 10+ years in enterprise cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex DoD or Federal programs.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise cybersecurity services programs.
• Experience leading large cybersecurity operations for DoD or Federal Government.
• Experience managing large budgets and supervising geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience with CSSP operations, DCO, RMF, cyber analytics, threat hunting, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the proposed Contract Program Manager through capture and, upon award, assume overall contract execution.
• Act as the primary interface between Leidos and Government for programmatic, contractual, operational, and technical matters.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team delivering enterprise cybersecurity services.
• Direct execution of CSSP operations, DCO, incident response, vulnerability management, RMF, and related services.
• Manage program financial performance, staffing, subcontractors, schedule, quality, risk, and contract compliance.
• Lead contract transition activities and ensure readiness, staffing, and continuity of operations.
• Build trusted relationships with MDA leadership, CORs, and other stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reviews, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive process improvement, workforce development, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and future growth; maintain customer satisfaction.
