Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager – International to lead the management of the company’s global sales portfolio across FMS and DCS. You will structure, negotiate, and administer cross-border agreements for autonomous vessels and related systems, working with internal stakeholders and foreign government entities to ensure compliant, commercially sound contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees valued.
• 8+ years of contract management in defense or international sales.
• Knowledge of FMS process and U.S. Government interactions.
• Strong knowledge of export controls (ITAR/EAR).
• Proven track record negotiating and closing multi-year international contracts.
• Experience with data rights, IP, and technology transfer.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; assess risk and cost proposals.
• FCPA, OFAC, and end-use monitoring familiarity preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interface with senior leadership.
• Citizenship and security clearance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full contract lifecycle for international programs (FMS and DCS).
• Interface with U.S. Government stakeholders, review LORs, LOAs, and related documents.
• Structure and negotiate Direct Commercial Sales agreements with foreign governments.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and licensing requirements.
• Provide strategic contract advice and risk mitigation.
• Monitor performance, milestones, delivery, invoicing, and compliance.
• Support business development with contract strategy and pricing considerations.
• Stay current on FMS/security policy and sanctions; update policies accordingly.
