Job summary

Cisco's Program Management Office (CPMO) in the U.S. Federal Programs leads governance for strategic DoD contracts.

The senior role oversees IDIQ management, contract health, and coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. As a key deputy to the CPMO Director, you will drive contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness, shaping the contractual framework for large-scale DoD initiatives while maintaining accountability and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contract Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of contract management experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Experience administering large-scale Federal Government contracts (IDIQs or Enterprise Agreements).
• Working knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARS, NIST, FedRAMP).
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher) and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior lead for IDIQ contract management and deputy for the CPMO Director.
• Administer governance and contractual integrity of large-scale DoD-wide Strategic Agreements.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness activities.
• Provide executive leadership across the CPMO and coordinate with cross-functional business organizations.
• Drive standardized processes to support decentralized ordering and improve program efficiency.
