The Intrepid Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day supervision and execution of DoD hurricane recovery and facility construction at Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB. You will oversee field teams, subcontractors, schedules, and quality control to meet contract requirements.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong coordination with site management, safety professionals, and government representatives to ensure compliant, on-time project delivery.

Formación

• Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience.
• Five (5) years as a Construction Superintendent on similar projects.
• Experience supervising construction personnel, subcontractors, and multiple activities.
• Experience managing schedules, manpower, equipment, and daily field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities to meet timelines and contract requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources for field operations.
• Direct and monitor construction crews for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate damage assessments, repairs, restoration, and construction activities.
• Monitor daily progress and communicate schedule impacts and resource needs to Site Manager.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Site Safety and Health Officer on quality and safety.
• Conduct daily site inspections and progress meetings.
• Identify and resolve field construction issues, delays, and conflicts.
• Maintain daily construction reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Government representatives regarding site access and construction activities.
