The Site Manager at Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC will oversee on-site contractor personnel and field operations supporting Hurricane Isaias recovery at Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB. You will coordinate damage assessments, restoration, repair, and construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance with government direction.

The Site Manager (SM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and supervision of contractor personnel and field operations supporting Hurricane Isaias Damage Assessment and Recovery efforts at Hurlburt Field and Eglin Air Force Base.The SM will oversee activities associated with damage assessments, facility recovery, restoration, repair, maintenance, and construction. Responsibilities include coordinating personnel, materials, equipment, commodities, and services necessary to support recovery requirements. The SM will serve as the primary on-site management representative, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements and Government direction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and supervise contractor personnel, subcontractors, and daily site operations.Coordinate damage assessments and recovery, restoration, repair, and construction activities.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for Government representatives.Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and services to meet project requirements.Monitor project schedules, work progress, and personnel performance.Prepare and submit required daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, contract specifications, and Government policies.Identify and resolve operational issues affecting project schedules or performance.Coordinate changing priorities and additional recovery requirements as directed by the Government.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in construction management, facilities management, disaster recovery, damage assessment, restoration, or related fields.Demonstrated experience in the management and supervision of staff, including coordinating work assignments, schedules, and performance.Experience coordinating field operations, personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate with Government representatives and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) installations or federal Government facilities.Experience with hurricane recovery, disaster response, facility damage assessments, or emergency restoration.Familiarity with construction safety requirements and Government contracting procedures.SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret RequiredIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
