Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking an Alternate Site Manager (ASM) to support Site Manager at DoD hurricane recovery sites in Florida. The ASM coordinates field operations, supervises construction crews, and ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on projects at Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB.

The role requires strong leadership, DoD project experience, and the ability to assume Site Manager duties in their absence, maintaining continuous site operations under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Ten years of construction experience overall.
• At least five years as a Construction Superintendent on large, complex projects.
• Experience coordinating field operations and schedules.
• Active Secret clearance required or in-hand.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Site Manager with daily management and supervision of field operations.
• Supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and crews to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate damage assessment, recovery, repair, and construction activities.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, equipment, and material needs on site.
• Communicate with government representatives, facility personnel, and subcontractors daily.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and progress updates.
• Be prepared to assume Site Manager duties in their absence.
