Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day supervision, coordination, and execution of hurricane recovery construction for DoD facilities in Florida, including Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB.

The role requires ten years in construction with five years as superintendent, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Collaboration with site leadership and government representatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in construction with at least five years as Construction Superintendent on projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
• Experience supervising construction personnel, subcontractors, and multiple construction activities.
• Experience managing schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and recovery operations, including contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities to ensure work is completed within established timelines and contract requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources necessary to support field operations.
• Direct and monitor construction crews to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate facility damage assessments, repairs, restoration, and construction activities.
• Monitor daily work progress and communicate schedule impacts, resource requirements, and operational issues to the Site Manager.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and construction progress meetings as required.
• Identify and resolve field construction issues, delays, and conflicts.
• Maintain daily construction reports, manpower records, and project progress documentation.
• Coordinate with Government representatives and facility personnel regarding construction activities and site access requirements.
